U.S. Central Bridge is regulated by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The expiration date of NCUA’s Temporary Corporate Credit Union Share Guarantee Program (TCCUSGP) has been extended from September 30, 2012, to December 31, 2012. With this extension, new investments with maturities of two years or less in participating corporate credit unions made before December 31, 2010, will be fully covered by the guarantee program. This Guarantee will be in addition to the existing deposits already covered.

Wind-down of U.S. Central Bridge Products and Services
As recently announced, with the authorization and under the direction of its Conservator, U.S. Central Bridge management is moving forward with plans for the orderly wind-down of U.S. Central Bridge products and services, with the exception of Corporate Network eCom’s electronic bill payment services that were purchased by CO-OP Financial Services.
